Having previously spent 15 years selling building materials, almost his entire professional career has been deeply engrossed in residential housing. He has the ability to look beyond the flash and evaluate the substance of every home he and his clients visit. He brings this analytical approach to the table while remaining empathetic to each clients’ unique needs. He is a native of Detroit, and spent part of his youth living in South America. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, and a former chef. He and his wife call Norwood Park home, where they spend their free time gardening and finding era appropriate pieces for their Mid Century ranch. Philip has served as the Vice President of the Portage Park Neighborhood Association, and sits on the board of the Filament theater, is an avid motorcyclist, cigar lover and cat dad.
